Topography and geometry meet in these dream-like maps. Imaginary rivers and valleys cut through the strata of cold cast and patinated bronze. The absence of colour enhances the smooth chiselled finish to create a powerful homage to natural structures. These hand made works are unlike machine polished marble, they are more organic looking with some area’s more matt and some more reflective. This natural aesthetic is what makes up their appeal.
