During July and August Benjamin exhibited five piece exhibition ‘Seeing Through The Material Tulle’ at the department store. Each piece was created by manipulating a single length of tulle — Benjamin’s signature medium. Through this unconventional medium and technique, he explored ideas of invisibility, solidity, flux and impermanence to question and consider the relationship between the superficial and the spiritual. The exhibition received acclaim globally among the world’s most read news and lifestyle publications.
